Shipping & Payment

Cut-Off Time:

  • Our daily cut-off time is 3pm (Singapore time), Mondays to Fridays.
  • Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays* will be processed on the following business day.

*based on Singapore annual calendar.

Shipping Info:

i) Singapore Domestic: with delivery services

We strive to deliver all our local parcels within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).  

Customer will receive an email notification once the order leaves our warehouse including the parcel's tracking number (for courier delivery method only).

In the event when a delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive, you may call our appointed courier service company's customer service to choose a convenient re-delivery time slot.

 ii) Singapore Domestic: Walk in / Self Collection

As usual, all customers are welcome to walk in and purchase directly from our SHOWROOM which located together with our office.

We do offer SPECIAL Walk In Promo price for all our walk in customers. We accept payment by Cash, NETS or Bank Transfer for walk in purchase.

iii) Overseas 

* (new) To Malaysia (Penisular Msia only)

From 4 Feb 2017, we will provide shipping to Penisular Malaysia via Msia Courier Service from Johor Bahru.
Order cut off time: Every Friday 4pm.
Parcels will be drop off at Msia courier company on every Monday or Tuesday.
Tracking number will be provide after that.


For other countries:

we do support orders on certain products.

Our respective staff will get back to you once they receive your email. 

Duties & Taxes: Do note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your package reaches your country.
These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to
ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for your country’s regulations on duties and taxes.
